Infobip in Bogotá is seeking a Sales Back Office Associate to support our backend operations and customer activity. You will assist with account activation, product setup, and ongoing customer support, working closely with senior team members to ensure smooth processes.

Responsibilities span account activations, domain setup, billing details, and price updates. A strong English level (B2+), a HS diploma, and familiarity with Salesforce/Microsoft Office are required, with a bachelor’s degree

Formación

• Advanced English level is a must (B2 and above).
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some experience in administrative, operational or sales support roles.
• Basic understanding of business operations and customer service principles.
• Familiarity with software applications such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in activation of accounts and products per procedures.
• Help set up email domains, numbers, and other activities to support accounts.
• Assist with configuring free trial and test senders for accounts.
• Support creation and management of user accounts under supervision.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of billing addresses.
• Learn to implement Automatic Price features and support price changes.
