Coupa Software in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks a Renewals Manager to safeguard revenue by managing renewal agreements, tracking contract dates, and coordinating with CVMs and Sales to drive renewals.

You will handle add-ons, ensure contract accuracy and timely signatures, and manage renewal risks while engaging with key customer contacts in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SaaS renewals or customer success, strong communication, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to collaborate with CVMs and Sales to secure renewals.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; highly organized and process-driven.
• Proficient in Salesforce and CPQ; familiarity with renewal workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and process renewal agreements efficiently using SFDC.
• Partner with CVMs and Sales to execute retention strategies and secure renewals.
• Engage key customer contacts to address objections and drive successful renewal outcomes.
• Identify and elevate renewal risks to CVMs and Sales as needed.
• Handle simple add-on opportunities (seat licenses), coordinating with Sales on complex expansions.
• Ensure contract accuracy, legal compliance, and timely signatures for all renewal documentation.
