Gladly is seeking a Renewals Manager based in Colombia to own the renewals motion for a portfolio of growth accounts supporting US-based customers. You will lead negotiations, review contracts, and collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth renewal process while minimizing churn.

You will serve as the primary contact for renewal questions, manage data in Salesforce, and ensure accurate forecasting. Strong English (C1+) and comfort across time zones are required.

Formación

• 2+ years in a client-facing, revenue-oriented role (Customer Success or Account Management) in B2B SaaS.
• Strong English communication skills; Colombia-based remote work across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Renewal Ownership: run end-to-end renewal process for growth accounts and retain/grow revenue.
• Commercial Negotiation: lead negotiations to secure favorable agreements.
• Risk Identification & Cross-Functional Collaboration: spot risks and coordinate with Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Revenue Ops.
• Account Documentation: log renewal activities in Slack and Salesforce for forecasting.
• Customer Engagement: communicate professionally with customers via phone and email to maintain satisfaction.
