Sonatype is seeking a Renewal Specialist to manage subscription renewals, coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to maximize retention and expansion opportunities. The role requires strong English, precision, and the ability to handle high-volume renewal cycles across global customers.

You will monitor renewal terms, analyze usage data, and proactively identify renewal opportunities, ensuring on-time execution and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience managing subscription renewals.
• Ability to analyze usage and renewal history.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Accounting to close renewals.
• Review renewal terms, usage data, and history for options.
• Identify future renewal opportunities well before expiry.
• Educate customers on renewal and expansion options.
• Prepare renewal quotes and ordering documents per policy.
• Ensure customer success and subscription profitability.
• Discuss contract pricing and compliance with customers.
• Maintain high accuracy and meet deadlines.
