Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of office administration, customer service, or sales support experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Service Orders, and RMAs.
• Process order changes, cancellations, and revisions; link related transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure transactions are completed within established service levels.

Supporting Sales. Driving Customer Success. — We are seeking an Associate Specialist Sales Operations in Cali, Colombia to provide support to Velocity's sales team, helping deliver exceptional customer experiences and enabling outstanding business results.

This role will provide administrative and operational support to Velocity's sales organization by coordinating order processes, maintaining accurate ERP records, supporting data management activities, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of sales transactions. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting sales teams while contributing to operational efficiency— we want to meet you.

What can you expect to do?

Order Administration

• Create and maintain Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Service Orders, and RMAs.
• Process order changes, cancellations, and revisions.
• Link related transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Manage stock allocations and lot assignments.

Data Management

• Enter and maintain customer, supplier, and business partner information.
• Ensure ERP data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with account profile maintenance.

Compliance & Accuracy

• Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies.
• Identify and elevate discrepancies or system issues.
• Ensure transactions are completed within established service levels.

What experience and knowledge will help you succeed in this role?

• Preferred but not required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of office administration, customer service, or sales support experience.
