Formación

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Retail Manager to lead and expand our retail presence in Colombia.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in brick-and-mortar retail operations and a strong understanding of channel management, store execution, and team leadership.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing industries or the Cleaning / FMCG category are highly preferred.

• Develop and execute local retail development strategies aligned with HQ objectives
• Set and manage quarterly/monthly sales targets
• Build and manage key accounts and core stores
• Oversee store image standards and Visual Merchandising (VM) to ensure premium brand presentation
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for product launches and promotions
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and optimize future execution
• Lead and motivate the retail team
• Manage workforce planning, performance evaluation, and incentive mechanisms
• Conduct regular product and sales training for internal teams and external promoters
• Monitor and manage PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) at store level
• Reduce slow-moving stock and improve sell-through efficiency
• Manage promotional materials and display assets
• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Provide actionable insights and counter-strategies
• Support channel partners in improving retail execution
• Maintain strong distributor and retail relationships

✅ Qualifications

Experience & Industry Background

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
• Experience in manufacturing companies (Consumer Electronics, Mobile Phones, Appliances) preferred
• Strong preference for candidates from FMCG or Cleaning Category (Home Care) backgrounds

• Strong understanding of retail operations and store management standards
• Data-driven mindset with solid analytical capabilities
• Highly execution-oriented, resilient, and able to perform under pressure

Language Skills

• Fluent Spanish (mandatory)
