Job summary

Publicis Global Delivery is seeking an Invoice Reconciliation Analyst to join Business Finance Operations in Bogotá. The role focuses on reconciling advertising campaign invoices for clients and agencies with a strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and minimizing errors.

You will handle low-profile accounts, coordinate onshore communications, prepare and distribute missing and matched invoice reports, and manage RNO reports using IPS Workflow.

Responsibilities

• Handles Low Profile accounts
• Will be assisting on all Onshore (Investment and/or Vendor) Communication
• Prepare and distribute missing and matched invoice reports
• Prepare, distribute, and manage RNO Reports using IPS Workflow
• Prepare RFI templates
• Cost auditing buys based on completed RFI’s
• Work with vendors to revise invoices
• Send any RNO invoices to the Activation team when requested
• Update and request missing invoices from Google Statement
• Request revised invoices to corresponding contacts in each Radio station and/or Cable representative
• Clear discrepancies within Network, Estimate and Status

Actively participates in tasks related to the successful reconciliation of advertising campaigns for clients/agencies that range on different levels of complexity and amounts, always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible.
