ABB is seeking a Contractor Key Account Manager - West to develop, implement, and manage strategic relationships with large contractor accounts in the West region. The role focuses on growing share, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the ABB Industry, Buildings and Channel team in the Western United States.

Remote position with preferred locations in Las Vegas, NV; Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; or Denver, CO. Travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or marketing; commensurate experience may be considered.
• 12 years of experience in the electrical industry, including work with contractors and distributors in relevant regions.
• Strong understanding of electrification products and experience with quoting projects for contractors.
• Experience in conducting market analysis and business development plans with a structured approach.
• Technical background with experience in low/medium voltage electrical equipment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage the account plan and growth actions for key contractor accounts.
• Understand key business drivers and risks of the global customer; translate into ABB opportunities.
• Contribute to sales strategies and long-term plans for the account.
• Set sales targets, monitor market developments, and respond to competitors' activity.
