Huzzle is seeking a high-energy Patient Care Coordinator for a fully remote role to serve as the primary contact for patients seeking naturopathic and wellness services. You will manage a high-volume outreach, build instant rapport, and ensure every patient is booked and confirmed.

You will schedule treatments such as IV Therapy and acupuncture, handle objections with empathy, and maintain meticulous scheduling records.

Formación

• Proven experience in appointment setting or high‑volume outbound calling.
• Exceptional verbal communication and a professional phone presence.
• Active listening skills with authentic conversation style.
• Experience handling sales objections with a consultative approach.
• High organizational discipline and ability to manage daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage high volume outbound and inbound activity, 150+ dials per day.
• Serve as first point of contact with a professional, warm voice.
• Schedule and book appointments for IV Therapy, Acupuncture, and naturopathic services.
• Follow up on website leads and re-engage former patients to ensure continuity of care.
• Handle pricing and insurance objections with empathy and confidence.
• Maintain records in Google Sheets and Google Calendar to optimize scheduling.
• Execute text and email follow‑ups to minimize no-shows and move the patient pipeline.
