Uptalent.io is seeking a BIM Architect to lead the US market projects remotely from Latin America. You will manage the full BIM lifecycle, create construction sets, permits, 3D models and client presentations, collaborating with US-based teams and clients.

Fluent English is required, along with 3+ years Revit experience and strong communication to build lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• Expert in Revit with +3 years of experience working for the US Market.
• Versatile profile able to support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3d modeling, Visualization and client presentations.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
• Availability for full-time positions.
• Proactive and great communication skills. Able to develop strong relationships with clients.
• Candidates must live in Latin America.
