Job summary

Bionic Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal for a US-based immigration law firm, with hands-on US immigration experience. The role supports attorneys with case preparation, documentation, client communication, legal research, and case management, focusing on family-based matters.

Position is fully remote, ideally in Latin America, with working hours 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CST and salary USD 1,200–1,600 per month. US law firm experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a US Immigration Paralegal.
Strong experience with US family-based immigration matters.
Law degree or attorney experience from home country preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents.
Support family-based immigration matters including petitions and consular processing.
Collect, review, and organize client documents and evidence.
Track deadlines, USCIS notices, filing requirements, and RFEs.
Communicate with clients to obtain information and missing documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries as needed.
Maintain organized case files and records.
Work closely with attorneys to ensure timely submissions.
