This fully remote role requires drafting legal documents, conducting research, and maintaining organized case files. Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience as a paralegal, hold a law degree or its equivalent, and are bilingual in English and Spanish. • At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a U.S. immigration law firm.
• Familiarity with immigration-specific databases and software.
• Proficient in legal software like Clio or MyCase (preferred).
• Bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Can work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with immigration databases and software.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration procedures, visa types, and forms.
• Permanently resides in Latin America.
• Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017+).
