Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams or providing work direction.
• Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Access, BO) a plus.
• Inventory, supply chain, or asset management background; healthcare/MedTech exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team within US Field Inventory.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for operations, workload, prioritization, and performance.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure product availability and inventory accuracy.
• Drive inventory optimization, order fulfilment, and field actions.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics to improve effectiveness and results.
• Translate business priorities into actionable operational plans.
