  • Track shipments and coordinate with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to resolve delivery issues.
  • Handle returns, credits, pricing inquiries, and adjustments per established processes.
  • Support inventory availability, forecasting, and replenishment to maintain service levels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Quality, Operations, and other partners to resolve requests.
  • Document, monitor, and complete customer transactions using enterprise systems.

A Day in the Life The LATAM Customer Service organization provides operational support for Medtronic customers across the region, ensuring timely order management, shipment coordination, inventory support, pricing inquiries, returns processing, and issue resolution. This team partners closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams to maintain service levels and support customer needs across multiple markets. This position is based in Bogotá, Colombia and follows a Flex work model, with two days onsite at the Bogotá Shared Service Center and three days remote. The role supports LATAM operations and requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across the region. As a Customer Service Representative III, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders across LATAM. You will manage customer requests from initiation through resolution, support order fulfillment activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure a high level of service throughout the customer experience. The role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting operational objectives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order requests, shipment updates, and service-related issues
  • Process, validate, and manage customer orders while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Track shipments and coordinate with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to resolve delivery issues
  • Manage customer returns, credits, pricing inquiries, and order adjustments in accordance with established processes
  • Support inventory availability, stock allocation, forecasting, and replenishment activities to maintain service levels
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Quality, Operations, and other cross‑functional partners to resolve customer requests
  • Utilize enterprise systems and service management tools to document, monitor, and complete customer transactions
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of customer service, order management, supply chain, or related operational experience.
  • Experience managing customer orders, shipment tracking, returns, credits, or inventory‑related activities
  • Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Spanish fluency and English proficiency
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to resolve operational or customer issues
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP and ServiceNow
  • Experience supporting customer service operations across multiple countries or regions
  • Experience in inventory management, stock allocation, forecasting, or replenishment processes
  • Portuguese language proficiency
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements within customer service operations
