The Intern Group is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join the University Partnerships team in a remote LATAM-friendly role, ideally Medellín, Colombia. You will manage university partner relationships, drive recruitment and growth, and coordinate program delivery across global teams while maintaining CRM data integrity and meeting enrollment targets.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in account management, customer success, sales, partnerships, or related field.
• Fluent or near-fluent written and spoken business English.
• Understanding of higher education landscape in APAC/Oceania is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with university partners and maintain strong, positive connections.
• Drive partner recruitment and enrollment campaigns, including events and campaigns.
• Coordinate partner meetings, site visits, presentations, and demos.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and regular partner communication.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure a seamless partner and student experience.
