The Intern Group is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join the University Partnerships team in a remote LATAM-friendly role, ideally Medellín, Colombia. You will manage university partner relationships, drive recruitment and growth, and coordinate program delivery across global teams while maintaining CRM data integrity and meeting enrollment targets.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in account management, customer success, sales, partnerships, or related field.
  • Fluent or near-fluent written and spoken business English.
  • Understanding of higher education landscape in APAC/Oceania is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage relationships with university partners and maintain strong, positive connections.
  • Drive partner recruitment and enrollment campaigns, including events and campaigns.
  • Coordinate partner meetings, site visits, presentations, and demos.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and regular partner communication.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure a seamless partner and student experience.

Associate Account Manager- University Partnerships Team

Manage Partner Relationships
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with a portfolio of university partners, with a particular focus on the APAC region.
  • Maintain regular and proactive communication with partners throughout the year, not only when there is an immediate opportunity or project.
  • Respond promptly to partner questions and requests and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Understand partner needs and identify relevant opportunities to support their students and strengthen the relationship.
  • Keep partners informed about relevant TIG programs, deadlines, events, and opportunities.
Drive Recruitment & Growth
  • Support university partners in driving student interest and enrollment in TIG programs.
  • Execute agreed partner recruitment and engagement plans, including email campaigns, presentations, information sessions, and events.
  • Follow up consistently on leads, opportunities, and agreed next steps.
  • Help move opportunities from initial conversation through to execution, keeping momentum and accountability throughout the process.
  • Support the UPT team in achieving enrollment and partnership growth targets.
Support with Execution & Administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date university and partner information in our CRM.
  • Complete regular partner outreach and account management activities according to team processes and schedules.
  • Coordinate university site visits, demos, presentations, events, and conference preparation.
  • Prepare materials, presentations, and follow-up communications for partner meetings and events.
  • Track actions, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure commitments are completed on time.
  • Support data integrity, reporting, and other administrative processes across the UPT team.
Collaborate with our Global Team & Drive Continuous Improvement
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across UPT, Admissions, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to ensure a seamless partner and student experience.
  • Follow established UPT processes and contribute ideas for improving them where appropriate.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, communicating proactively when support or clarification is needed.
  • Balance independent work with regular alignment and collaboration with the wider team.
We’re excited about you working here because you have/are:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, partnerships, higher education, or a related field.
  • Understanding of the higher education landscape in the APAC/Oceania region and its cultural nuances is a plus.
  • Fluent or near-fluent written and spoken business English.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts, tasks, deadlines, and recurring responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Enjoys structured, process-driven work and consistently completes the details behind successful partnerships.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust with different stakeholders.
  • Action-oriented and pragmatic, with a bias toward execution and completing tasks rather than over-analyzing or over-complicating them.
  • Proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment, while knowing when to ask questions or seek alignment.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other digital tools.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and stay focused on agreed objectives, avoiding unnecessary distractions or scope creep.
  • Curious and willing to learn, while also comfortable working within established processes and priorities.
