Job summary

Tidal is recruiting a UGC Program Manager to oversee creator seeding and UGC programs across a small portfolio of consumer brands. You will own the program end-to-end—from sourcing and outreach through product seeding, briefs, timelines, and final asset delivery—while coordinating with editors to ensure publishable content.

You will manage relationships with creators, maintain clear client communication, and report on progress, blockers, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in UGC, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, product seeding, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing creator programs from sourcing and outreach through seeding and reporting.
• Strong understanding of product gifting, creator briefs, usage rights, paid collaborations, affiliate partnerships, and program workflows.
• Experience managing multiple brands or creator programs simultaneously with strong organization.
• Strong judgment in identifying creators who fit a brand’s audience and objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with clients and creators.
• Ability to coordinate with creative teams and understand UGC usability across ads and marketing channels.
• Highly organized, proactive, client-facing, and able to own programs remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own creator seeding and UGC programs end-to-end from sourcing to final content delivery.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of UGC creators aligned with brand needs and campaign priorities.
• Manage creator relationships and track outreach, shipments, deliverables, and content status.
• Review incoming creator content for quality and brand alignment, coordinate with editors.
• Serve as day-to-day client-facing program owner for 2–3 brands with regular progress updates.
• Translate content needs into actionable creator briefs and sourcing plans.
• Track activity, response rates, deliveries, asset volume, and program metrics.
• Build scalable workflows, trackers, templates, and documentation for multiple programs.
