Tidal is seeking a UGC Program Manager to lead creator seeding and UGC programs across a small portfolio of consumer brands. You will own the program end-to-end—from sourcing creators through briefs, shipments, content delivery, and reporting, coordinating with video editors to produce publishable assets.

This is a remote, full-time contractor role in a lean team. You will manage 2–3 brands, maintain pipelines, track metrics, and communicate updates to clients while building scalable workflows

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in UGC, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, or a similar role.
• Experience managing creator programs from sourcing to reporting.
• Strong understanding of gifting, briefs, rights, paid collaborations, and affiliates.
• Experience managing multiple brands and client accounts.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, client-facing, and able to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Own creator seeding and UGC programs end-to-end, including sourcing, outreach, seeding, briefs, timelines, usage rights, and delivery.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of creators aligned with each brand’s audience and campaign priorities.
• Manage creator relationships, track outreach, shipments, deliverables, and opportunities for repeat collaborations.
• Review incoming content for quality and brand alignment; coordinate with video editors to produce assets.
• Serve as day-to-day client-facing program owner for 2–3 brands with progress updates and reporting.
• Translate content needs into actionable briefs and sourcing plans with internal teams.
• Track activity, response rates, content delivery, and program metrics to keep pipelines full.
• Build scalable workflows, trackers, templates, and documentation for multiple programs.
