Job summary

Mira is seeking a Creative Producer to consistently deliver 20+ high-quality video creatives per month, including at least 10 with real UGC creators, aligned with our creative strategy. The ideal candidate will excel in ideation, trend adaptation, scriptwriting for UGC, and end-to-end production with stakeholders.

Applicants should have 3+ years in creative production or performance marketing, a strong portfolio of performance-driven ads, and experience managing creators and agencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, performance marketing, or paid social advertising.
• Strong portfolio showing performance-driven video ads, UGC content, or paid social creatives.
• Proven experience writing scripts for UGC creators and direct-response video ads.
• Experience coordinating with creators, editors, designers, freelancers, or agencies.
• Deep understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok) and what drives ad performance.
• Ability to analyze creative performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent project management with multitasking across productions and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate 20+ high-quality video concepts per month by analyzing product data, performance metrics, competitors, and trends.
• Write compelling UGC scripts with hooks, storytelling, and clear CTAs for paid social ads.
• Produce at least 10 videos per month featuring real UGC creators and manage full production cycles.
• Coordinate with creators, editors, designers, freelancers, and agencies for timely asset delivery.
• Provide clear feedback on creator submissions, cuts, and designs to maintain quality.
• Adapt successful ad formats to Mira's brand while following the creative strategy.
• Organize and maintain creative libraries, performance insights, and assets for iteration.
• Ensure all creatives meet platform specs and launch timelines.
• Track timelines, manage multiple projects, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing to understand product features and campaign goals.
