Job summary

TubeScience is seeking a Creator Coordinator to power reporting, logistics, and search for our growing creator network. You’ll be the first point of contact for new creators, coordinate onboarding, and ensure accurate scheduling and tracking.

This role focuses on operations and content creator relationships, with a remote setup overlapping LA business hours. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail oriented, and fluent in English, with experience in talent coordination or related fields.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a coordination or operations role such as talent coordination, influencer marketing, casting, or similar.
• Must be highly organized with the ability to juggle dozens of schedules, onboarding tasks and deadlines.
• Attention to detail with trackers and documentation kept up to date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff creator onboarding logistics and schedule introductory meetings.
• Manage staff creator overall schedules and availability for in-studio requests.
• Route staff creator questions to the appropriate channel and maintain trackers/ SOPs in real time.
• Collect feedback from staff creators and report on findings every three months.
• Track compliance and data in Creator channels and provide monthly reporting.
• Coordinate workshops and events for staff creators.
• Build and maintain a creator database with specialties, rates, availability, demographics, and performance.
