Qualifications

• Experience in UGC/influencer marketing or creator marketing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns, creators, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Scout and select creators aligned with campaign goals.
• Run UGC and influencer campaigns end-to-end from kickoff to close.
• Maintain direct contact with creators and influencers.
• Write and refine clear briefs for creators.
• Review content to ensure brand guidelines are met.
• Communicate with clients and provide updates.
• Prepare progress reports and learnings.
• Unblock issues during campaigns.
