U.S. Staffing is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume staffing operations for the U.S. market across Healthcare, IT, Engineering, and Professional Services.

You will identify and engage qualified talent, conduct structured screenings, manage pipelines, and deliver high-quality submissions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, excellent candidate assessment capabilities, and a results-driven approach while maintaining a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume staffing for the U.S. market.
• Strong sourcing abilities using job boards, networks, databases, referrals and direct outreach.
• Structured candidate screenings and timely submissions.
• Excellent professional English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for the U.S. market across multiple industries.
• Identify, engage and build pipelines of qualified candidates (active and passive).
• Manage recruitment lifecycle from engagement to submission, interview coordination, offers, and start follow-up.
• Conduct structured screenings to assess experience, qualifications, and fit.
