Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join a global, multilingual team delivering secure customer and technical support. You will assist clients with setting up private access solutions, configure MFA, analyze network traffic, and troubleshoot across Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS.

Excellent networking knowledge, VPN experience, and log analysis skills are essential. The role offers fully remote work with USD compensation and a supportive, international environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in networking concepts (IPsec, DNS, ports, firewall).
• Experience with VPNs and private access solutions (split tunneling, WireGuard).
• Ability to read and analyze log files to troubleshoot issues.
• Comfort supporting Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with setting up and troubleshooting secure private access solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot MFA for VPN and private access solutions.
• Analyze network traffic to identify bottlenecks and suggest performance improvements.
• Advise on bandwidth allocation for VPN users to ensure reliable connections.
• Analyze log files to investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting across operating systems.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth user experience.
