Job summary

SupportYourApp is hiring a Technical Support Consultant to assist clients with secure access solutions, VPN setup, and MFA troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS, Android and iOS. You will analyze logs, optimize network performance, and collaborate with client teams to deliver reliable, secure user experiences.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of networking concepts (IPsec, VPNs, DNS) required.
• Experience reading and analyzing log files for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, macOS, Android and iOS.
• Ability to troubleshoot across multiple OS and networks.
• Strong analytical thinking and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with setting up and troubleshooting secure access solutions (VPN, MFA).
• Analyze network traffic and logs to identify bottlenecks and root causes.
• Advise on bandwidth allocation and ensure reliable connections for VPN users.
• Provide cross-platform technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to resolve issues and improve UX.
