AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a squad building backend services in Java and Spring Boot, with an Angular frontend. This role balances hands-on architecture work with day-to-day mentorship of the team.

The position requires 4+ years of experience in Java/Spring Boot and Angular, strong knowledge of Kafka, RESTful services, and domain-driven design with bounded contexts. Remote work options available.

Formación

• Must have proven experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead.
• Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with 4+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Strong understanding of OOA/OOD, design patterns, and architecture.
• Deep experience with domain bounded contexts and RESTful services.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and JPA/Hibernate.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Squad Lead, driving the team to deliver high engineering standards.
• Design and implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain the Angular frontend to connect with backend logic.
• Lead transitions toward domain-driven design with strong bounded contexts.
• Architect RESTful APIs with proper HTTP verbs and scalable patterns.
• Mentor juniors, motivate the team, and uphold best practices for architecture.
