AgileEngine, a leading software innovator, is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to architect and maintain production-grade backend systems. You will design RESTful APIs, build scalable microservices, and integrate AI-enabled features across distributed architectures.

The role requires strong Java/Spring Boot expertise, experience with relational databases, and a focus on fault-tolerant, high-performance services. Remote-friendly with global teams and complex product ecosystems.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with production‑grade systems.
• Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, and microservices.
• Strong RESTful API design skills and API lifecycle practices.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience designing distributed systems, fault-tolerant services, and performance tuning.
• AI fluency, including integrating LLM workflows and AI service patterns.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
