Job summary

Hook + Ladder Digital is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to proactively source great talent, build genuine relationships, and keep top candidates engaged through the hiring process. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in a fast-moving, remote-first agency that serves multi-location restaurant brands.

You’ll hunt beyond active applicants, screen candidates thoughtfully, and collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate fit with role requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting or talent-focused roles with proactive sourcing.
• Strong ability to build genuine candidate relationships and engage top talent.
• Experience conducting structured screening interviews and assessing fit.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source talent beyond active applicants to build pipelines.
• Engage candidates and maintain ongoing conversations through the hiring process.
• Screen for experience, motivation, communication, and role fit.
• Partner with hiring managers and own candidate information, feedback, and next steps.
