A tech solutions company is looking for a Systems Engineer to provide client-facing support and troubleshoot technical issues across various environments. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, strong skills in Windows administration and networking, and be comfortable with customer communication in English. This remote role includes a fixed schedule, an on-call rotation, and competitive monthly compensation ranging from $3,500 to $4,500.

Formación

• 5+ years in systems engineering or advanced technical support.
• Customer-facing communication skills with C1 level English or equivalent.
• Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, NAT, WAN.
• Hands-on PowerShell experience.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalations across Windows Server and networking.
• Manage identity, access, and mail flow policies.
• Script and automate tasks with PowerShell.
• Support cloud environments (AWS/Azure preferred).
• Mentor junior engineers.
