The role involves managing email systems and providing Tier 3 support, ensuring system reliability while collaborating with IT teams. Formación

• 1-3+ years of experience with Office 365/Azure Entra Support.
• Experience working in an Exchange Hybrid Environment (On-Premises Exchange 2019).
• Basic knowledge of additional Office 365 technologies like SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Manage troubleshooting for Exchange Mailboxes/Resources and Azure Entra Users/Groups.
• Monitor application availability and security to ensure stable customer experience.
• Engineer and maintain proactive monitoring and security improvements.
