Job summary

BetterPros is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow strategic relationships with a portfolio of U.S.-based architecture and AEC clients. This full-time role accepts remote work and requires alignment with U.S. business hours.

You will lead kick-offs, perform quarterly business reviews, and drive cross-selling while coordinating with Recruiting to manage candidate searches and placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related AEC discipline with hands-on project experience.
• Experience with U.S.-based AEC companies and understanding of U.S. construction phases.
• Proficient in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and operational relationship with assigned client accounts.
• Lead Kick-Off meetings for new clients and roles within existing accounts.
• Run quarterly reviews with leadership and provide performance and financial reports.
• Identify cross-selling and upsell opportunities, including new profiles and expanded services.
• Define monthly billable-hours forecasts and monitor workload deviations.
• Create and manage candidate search tickets with Recruiting through shortlist, interviews, and selection.
• Lead or co-lead resolution of client and professional issues, mediating conflicts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in HubSpot.
