Ardent Mills is seeking a Senior Center of Excellence Functional Leader, Engineering to provide enterprise-level direction for engineering disciplines across the company’s manufacturing and facilities across multiple sites.

You will lead strategic initiatives, govern the capital portfolio, and develop capabilities that enhance asset reliability and operational performance while partnering with operations, sustainability, and quality leaders to drive digital transformation and regulatory

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership in manufacturing or related operations.
• Experience delivering capital planning to executive level leadership or Board of Directors.
• Experience coaching a team to identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain enterprise engineering project portfolio strategy and standards.
• Lead governance and execution of the enterprise capital portfolio.
• Oversee development and governance of engineering processes and standards.
• Resolve complex engineering escalations requiring senior-level oversight.
• Analyze enterprise metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive action plans.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and translate findings into enterprise solutions.
