SB Energy seeks a Director, Development Operations to lead the late-stage development of AI data center and energy projects in the U.S. The role requires coordinating internal teams such as development, procurement, construction, finance and engineering to keep projects on budget and on schedule.

You will drive project plans, budgets, costs, and risks, and manage financing due-diligence efforts. The position includes travel and a strong emphasis on leadership and accountability.

Formación

• Data center and energy project development experience required.
• Extensive PM/Development Operations expertise with budgets and schedules.
• Ability to align internal teams, stakeholders and external consultants.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project management and internal ops across late-stage development.
• Coordinate across development, procurement, construction, finance and engineering.
• Develop and report project plans, budgets, and forecast analyses.
• Oversee financing due-diligence and project site evaluations.
• Guide cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and budget.
