Formación

• 8-10 years of experience in industrial automation/control system engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Ignition and Tatsoft for building SCADA, HMI, and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of real-time control systems, PLCs, OEE, and MQTT.
• Proven experience designing and developing software for manufacturing technology stacks.
• Ability to lead engineering projects and guide the team.

Is that you?

• 8-10 years of experience in industrial automation/control system engineering
• Hands-on expertise with Ignition and Tatsoft for building SCADA, HMI, and automation solutions
• Strong understanding of real-time control systems, PLCs, OEE, and MQTT (Levels 1-3)
• Proven experience designing and developing software for manufacturing technology stacks
• Ability to lead engineering projects, make technical decisions, and guide the team
• Clear communication and effective collaboration skills
• Adaptability, resilience, and a strong commitment to transparency and integrity

Desirable

• Python, Jython, or C# experience
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or SQL Server
• Exposure to AI/ML-based predictive automation (Litmus, TensorFlow)
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar
• Experience with CODESYS or other industrial automation platforms
• Experience automating EHS processes
• Experience training teams on Industry 4.0/manufacturing solutions
