EPAM Systems is seeking an AI leader to build and run a company-wide AI Center of Excellence, setting strategy, standards, and governance for responsible AI adoption.

You will align business, technology, and compliance teams, drive policy, and enable secure, scalable AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude while partnering with engineering, data science, and security teams.

Formación

• 3+ years leading AI technology management initiatives.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps, operating models, and success metrics.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude.
• Strong governance knowledge across AI-DLC and Agile Lifecycle Management.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Define the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and COE operating model.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to align AI standards, best practices, and success measures.
• Advise executive leadership on AI trends, risks, opportunities, and pragmatic adoption paths.
• Establish AI technology standards for development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Design governance frameworks for token management, access provisioning, policy enforcement, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Oversee evaluation and approval of AI tools, models, and services for policy and regulatory alignment.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms with AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and security teams to build scalable, secure integrations.
• Create reusable patterns, reference architectures, and technical guidelines for AI solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align governance, priorities, and ROI.
• Develop adoption playbooks, training programs, and communication plans to grow AI maturity.
• Track and report enterprise AI metrics, compliance status, and value realization to leadership.
