Job summary

Scale Virtually LLC is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Sales / Appointment Setter for a fully remote role. You will be the first contact for prospective customers, qualifying inbound leads and moving qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.

This position requires initiative, strong communication in English and Spanish, and comfort with video calls. You will manage leads in the CRM, schedule discovery calls, and coordinate calendars, while maintaining timely follow-ups in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales or Lead Generation.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable handling voice calls with prospects and scheduling appointments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Strong follow-up discipline and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualify prospects by intent and budget.
• Schedule discovery calls and coordinate calendars to maximize availability.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM and track qualification outcomes.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and re-engage inactive leads as needed.
• Publish approved content and monitor inbound messages on social media.
• Support sales coordination and handoffs with complete information.
