Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in mortgage or lending technology.
• Proven expertise in building software for mortgage origination and loan processing.
• Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Python, Node.js, or .NET.
• Deep domain knowledge of US lending workflows and mortgage compliance.
• Proficiency in integrating with platforms like HubSpot, LoanPress, or Ellie Mae.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain robust software platforms to automate mortgage origination, underwriting, and loan servicing workflows.
• Integrate diverse third-party lending tools, CRMs, and financial systems to create a unified digital space for lending teams.
• Implement and govern strict technical standards to ensure systems adhere to mortgage regulations and data privacy requirements.
• Design and optimize backend systems to handle complex loan data across large-scale portfolios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business logic into efficient code.
