Formación
- 4+ years of software engineering experience in Fintech or Banking.
- Experience developing and maintaining core banking platforms (accounts, transactions, ledgers).
- Advanced English proficiency.
Responsabilidades
- Design and develop robust core banking systems for complex transactions and ledgers.
- Integrate with enterprise core banking platforms such as Temenos, FIS, or Mambu.
- Build and optimize backend services for real-time data consistency and account operations.
- Define and develop clean API abstractions to simplify banking complexity for internal teams.
- Ensure reliability and security by handling retries and failure states in integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align banking tech with regulatory and business requirements.
