BairesDev is hiring a Software Engineer (Core Banking) to design, build, and maintain mission-critical banking platforms. You will manage accounts, transactions, and ledgers with an emphasis on data integrity and high availability within a global remote team.

Responsibilities include integrating with Temenos, FIS, or Mambu, creating robust APIs, and ensuring secure, reliable operations across distributed services.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, specifically within Fintech or Banking sectors.
• Proficiency with core banking systems such as Temenos, FIS, or Mambu.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop robust core banking systems to manage complex financial transactions and ledgers.
• Implement and maintain integrations with core banking platforms such as Temenos, FIS, or Mambu.
• Build and optimize backend services to ensure seamless account operations and real-time data consistency.
• Define and develop clean API abstractions to hide underlying banking complexity for internal product teams.
• Ensure system reliability and security by handling complex integration realities like retries and failure states.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical banking solutions with regulatory and business requirements.
