BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Lending to architect and refine digital solutions for mortgage origination and loan processing in a fully remote role. You will translate complex financial requirements into high‑performance systems, ensure regulatory compliance and auditability, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver scalable backend services for the lending ecosystem.

Formación

5+ years in Software Engineering with backend focus.
Experience building software for mortgage origination and US lending workflows.
Proficiency in Python, Node.js or .NET for backend systems.
Hands-on experience with integrations (HubSpot, LoanPress, Ellie Mae).
Strong knowledge of financial regulatory compliance and audit trails.
Advanced proficiency in English.
