Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in one modern stack (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Node.js, or Python).
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and Git.
• Good spoken and written English for working with U.S. teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership of your work.
• Availability for overlap with U.S. business hours.
• Based in Colombia with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end features.
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code.
• Integrate with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot bugs and improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship on schedule.
