NeoWork is seeking an Operations Associate to support day-to-day back-office tasks and data integrity for U.S.-based clients. You will work within client teams and NeoWork systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

The role focuses on handling data in CRMs and spreadsheets, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to operational reporting. A strong eye for detail and comfort with new tools are essential, with remote, home-based work from Colombia.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.
• Based in Colombia, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational workflows and back-office tasks.
• Maintain accurate data in CRMs, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• Document processes and keep SOPs up to date.
• Prepare basic reports and track operational metrics.
• Support special projects as the business grows.
