Job summary

NeoWork in Colombia is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to turn operational and sales data into actionable insights for our U.S. clients. You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and help teams move from reactive to proactive decisions.

You will work remotely as part of a global team, handling large datasets from CRMs and operating systems, translating findings into clear recommendations, and automating reports while ensuring data quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (Power Query, pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience with SQL and/or a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good written and spoken English for presenting insights
• Ability to work independently and prioritize requests
• Based in Colombia, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on key business metrics
• Clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from CRMs, dialers, and operational systems
• Monitor KPIs daily and flag trends, risks, and anomalies
• Translate data into clear recommendations for managers and client stakeholders
• Automate manual reporting processes where possible
• Document data definitions and reporting logic
