Qualifications

• 3+ years in content marketing, social media, copywriting, or a related role.
• Deep familiarity with LinkedIn and X, including platform conventions and audience behavior.
• Strong portfolio of social posts, newsletters, or other audience-focused writing.
• Excellent written English and strong editing, headline, hook, and short-form copywriting skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to pursue ideas independently.
• Strong research and editorial judgment, identifying useful angles and verifying claims.
• Ability to produce high-volume, high-quality content while maintaining originality.
• Experience turning interviews or rough notes into engaging written content.

Responsibilities

• Own daily social content production, writing and publishing ~15 posts per day across LinkedIn and X.
• Proactively suggest topics and newsletter angles based on research and audience understanding.
• Follow relevant eCommerce and DTC discussions to identify timely opportunities.
• Translate source material into engaging posts and newsletters.
• Write a daily newsletter that connects insights to audience interests.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across posts and newsletters.
• Manage content workflow: ideas, drafts, approvals, scheduling, deadlines.
• Use performance data to improve hooks, topics, and formats.
• Communicate progress and propose solutions when challenges arise.
