Job summary

SoundNativ is seeking a fast-moving creator marketing specialist to own the end-to-end creative pipeline for paid and organic social. You will ship 10+ creatives weekly, draft compelling hooks, and manage multiple creators with tight deadlines while staying data-driven.

Remote role with international scope. You will collaborate directly with the founders and own the content that grows our pronunciation-focused learning platform.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in creator marketing, performance creative, UGC or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience making short-form video: ads, UGC or organic.
• A portfolio of content you made or produced, with a sense of how it performed.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative pipeline across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Meta ads.
• Come up with concepts and write scripts for paid ads and organic posts.
• Find, brief and manage creators and UGC partners, from first message to payment.
• Edit videos yourself when speed matters, and use AI tools where they save time.
• Read the numbers in Meta, TikTok and our analytics, and double down on what works.
• Grow SoundNativ's own channels with consistent, useful pronunciation content.
