Tidal is seeking an eCommerce Specialist to manage and optimize product pages, listings, and catalog data across Shopify and Amazon. You will coordinate with teams to support launches, promotions, and merchandising while ensuring accuracy across platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, and PIM/DAM tools, plus strong English communication and organization. This remote, full-time contractor position offers growth with an equipment brand expanding its US and EU

Formación

• 2–4 years of hands-on eCommerce experience.
• Strong experience using Shopify Admin for product pages, collections, and merchandising updates.
• Experience creating and maintaining Amazon listings and catalog information.
• Hands-on experience with Catsy or another PIM/DAM platform.
• Familiarity with product bundles, variations, pricing, images, and A+ Content.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a fast-moving team.

Responsabilidades

• Create and update Shopify product pages, collections, landing pages, bundles, and website content for US and EU storefronts.
• Support product launches, promotions, campaigns, and merchandising updates.
• Review product details, pricing, images, links, inventory, and page functionality before publishing.
• Create and maintain Amazon listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variations, and A+ Content.
• Identify and resolve missing or broken Amazon listings and support cases.
• Maintain consistent product information across Shopify, Amazon, Catsy, and internal systems.
• Set up A/B tests, run quality checks, and report results.
• Use spreadsheets, reports, Google Analytics for catalog work and reporting.
• Coordinate with teams to complete projects on time.
