The ideal candidate will support and optimize the ServiceNow NowAssist features, collaborate with various stakeholders, and apply their expertise in configuring and analyzing workflows. A background in Computer Science and 2–4 years of relevant experience is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills and effective communication capabilities.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CMDB.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow NowAssist or AI-assisted platform capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and support ServiceNow NowAssist features.
• Analyze business and operational requirements for AI-assisted workflows.
• Partner with business users to gather requirements and provide recommendations.
