A leading banking institution in Colombia is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to manage and support the ServiceNow application. The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system availability. With 1-3+ years of experience in system administration, familiarity with ITIL, and a background in Computer Science, you will join a motivated team in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role requires on-call support occasionally.

Formación

• 1-3+ years of System Administration or development experience with ServiceNow.
• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience as a member of a medium or large sized help desk.

Responsabilidades

• Provide development, maintenance, and support of the enterprise ServiceNow application.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide fixes.
• Assist with ServiceNow incidents and Service Requests.
