Job summary

CSG Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Instructional Designer to design and deliver a range of learning programs for the CSG Forte suite, including on-demand, ILT, VILT, and blended formats. You will work with SMEs, translate complex technical content into clear training materials, and lead train-the-trainer initiatives while maintaining documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in instructional design.
• 3-5 years creating on-demand, ILT, VILT, and blended learning at scale.
• Proficient with ADDIE/SAM methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adept at technical writing.
• Ability to distill complex information into clear content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop on-demand, video-based, blended learning courses.
• Review technical docs and interview SMEs to develop instructional materials.
• Collaborate with end users to define procedures and content.
• Deliver train-the-trainer programs for staff and trainers.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and alignment with quality controls.
• Develop web content, user guides, and end-user training materials.
• Deliver content for web-based and in-person training.
