Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Learning & Design Specialist to join our Sales Enablement Center of Excellence. You will blend instructional design expertise with a sharp visual eye to build modern learning solutions that empower our sellers to succeed.

You’ll design visual materials, transform complex topics into learner-friendly content, and publish interactive training using Sana, Seismic, and AI-powered workflows. Collaboration with Enablement Leads and program managers is key.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing instructional materials in a multinational environment.
• Knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with Sana, Articulate Storyline, Rise, and design/video editing tools.
• Storytelling to translate complex topics into learning content.
• Collaborative, organized, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging visual learning materials—e-learning, videos, motion graphics, and playbooks—tailored to our sales audiences.
• Translate highly detailed, complex information into clear, structured, and learner-friendly educational content.
• Build and publish interactive training experiences using platforms like Sana and Seismic, while leveraging AI and emerging technologies to accelerate content creation.
• Conduct needs analyses with key stakeholders and assess the ongoing business impact of deployed training materials.
• Collaborate closely with Enablement Leads, instructional designers, and program managers to ensure all deliverables remain consistent, clear, and high-quality.
