Generation UK & Ireland seeks Global C&I Curriculum Design Consultants to develop practice-based sessions for bootcamp training, collaborating with Curriculum Leads, Design Managers, country teams and technical experts. Remote work with no relocation required.

The role focuses on designing active learning experiences, including simulations and role plays, and creating all supporting materials. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in curriculum design are required, with English proficiency and LMS

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in instructional design or education curriculum design.
• Minimum of 2 years in curriculum design experience.
• Experience scripting objective-driven lessons and active learning sessions.
• Experience designing for online or blended programs is a plus.
• Proficient with collaboration tools (e.g., Google Docs, Zoom).
• Able to communicate professionally in English with English-speaking colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Design active learning experiences for each session.
• Create practice-based content (role plays, simulations, field experiences).
• Develop facilitator guides, student handouts, and debrief materials at scale.
• Design for in-person and online contexts across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate with employer partners and training experts for feedback and iteration.
• Upload content to LMS and modify existing LMS content.
• Track progress via project plans.
